Returns & Exchanges

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A PRODUCT:

At Lollipop’s Toys we understand the importance of choosing the perfect toy or gift for the special children in your life. To arrange a quick and easy return or exchange, please refer to the below guide.

 

RETURN CRITERIA

  • the item/s is returned within 14 days of purchase
  • the corresponding Lollipop’s Toys invoice is provided from the time of purchase
  • the item is in its original packaging, including all accessories and instruction manuals
  • the item is in saleable condition i.e. unworn, unopened, unused and in original condition
  • we do not provide refunds however should all criteria be met we will provide an instore credit for any purchases returned 

  

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE ON-LINE

If you have changed your mind Lollipop’s Toys will offer you an exchange or credit for purchases made online, providing your return meets the above return criteria 

All online purchase returns must be transacted through the online store.

Please note:
the cost of freight to return the item to the online store and to resend the replacement item is at the customer’s expense.

 

INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE

Lollipop’s Toys will exchange any incorrect item delivered from a purchase made online, providing the above return criteria is met.

All online purchase returns must be transacted through the online store.

In the case of an incorrect product being delivered Lollipop’s Toys will pay expenses relating to the cost of freight to return the item to the online store and to resend the replacement item/s.

FAULTY ITEMS

Lollipop’s Toys will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Protection/ACCC for any faulty items.

Lollipop’s Toys will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note, refund or repair where:

For items ordered through the online store that are faulty, contact our online store Customer Service Team to arrange an exchange or full refund (see above for online store Customer Service Team contact details).

We will refund to your original method of payment.
